As the food industry continues to lower the prices of ramen and snacks, convenience stores have decided to freeze ice cream prices.

According to the industry on the 29th, CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, and Emart24 have postponed the planned price increase of Lotte Wellfood ice cream scheduled for the 1st of next month. The headquarters is partially sacrificing its margin and bearing the burden of the supply price increase.

Currently, CU sells 10 types, GS25 sells 15 types, 7-Eleven sells 13 types, and Emart24 sells 15 types of Lotte Wellfood ice cream products.

Previously, Lotte Wellfood decided to raise the supply price of ice cream products such as Screwbar, Pigbar, and Watermelon Bar by 25% starting from the 1st of next month.
