Real Estate Data Specialist 'Ground Control' Hosts Real Estate Joint Development Seminar

Real estate data solution company Ground Control announced on the 28th that it will hold a real estate joint development seminar.

Ground Control will hold an offline seminar on Wednesday, July 12, along with the launch of its platform 'GeoPop,' which allows participation in real estate joint development. This seminar will provide participants interested in real estate development with background knowledge on real estate development projects and an explanation of GeoPop's unique joint development project operation method.

The event will take place at Tipstown located in Yeoksam-dong, and will include light refreshments for participants, expert lectures, and a Q&A session. The lecture will be delivered by Seo Tae-sik, co-founder of Ground Control and former head of an architectural office, who will provide professional and diverse information on real estate development.

Applications to participate in the GeoPop joint development seminar are open until July 9 via GeoPop's Instagram or OnOffMix. As this is the first event introducing the GeoPop service, the seminar will be free of charge. Anyone interested in real estate development or wanting to get started in real estate can apply to participate.

Seo Tae-sik, CEO of Ground Control, stated, “The launch of GeoPop marks a new beginning of opportunities in the real estate development market, which has been difficult for the general public to enter,” adding, “We will continue to introduce various joint development projects so that ordinary office workers and real estate beginners can easily and safely participate in real estate through GeoPop.”

Launched on the 23rd, GeoPop is a platform that allows multiple individuals to jointly participate in real estate development projects. It is characterized by enabling entry into real estate with small capital and participation from the development stage, rather than investing in completed building shares. Currently, participants for joint development projects being formed through the homepage are being actively recruited.
