Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) signed a business agreement with Seongdong Tax Office (Tax Office Chief Lee Joon-hee) on the 22nd to strengthen tax services for residents.

Through this agreement, the district will operate the 'One-Stop! Gwangjin Tax Consultation Day.' A tax consultation room has been set up on the first floor of the Civil Welfare Building at Gwangjin-gu Office, where tax experts including tax office staff, district office employees, and tax accountants provide one-on-one customized consultations covering national and local taxes.

Residents and local business owners can now receive integrated tax consultation services for national and local taxes in a single visit.

The consultation areas include taxes closely related to daily life such as ▲capital gains tax ▲gift tax ▲inheritance tax ▲comprehensive income tax and local income tax ▲value-added tax, among others.

The service will be available from July 12, every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 10 AM to 12 PM.

The consultations are free of charge and conducted by prior reservation. Residents or local business owners wishing to consult can contact the Tax Division 1 of Gwangjin-gu Office for detailed information.

To enhance convenience for residents, the district plans to open an online consultation application service on the Gwangjin-gu Office website in August.

Mayor Kim Kyung-ho said, “With this agreement, we can provide national and local tax consultation services in one place,” adding, “We hope this will offer practical help to residents struggling with complex tax issues.”
