Minister of the Interior and Safety Commendation Awarded to Yang Gwang-sik, CEO of Dongsung Elevator

Dongseong Elevator Co., Ltd. (CEO: Yang Gwang-sik), located in Seoul, announced that it received a commendation from the Minister of the Interior and Safety in recognition of its contribution to the focused safety inspections during the Republic of Korea's Safety Great Transition in February.

Dongseong Elevator has been a major partner of TK Elevator in the Gangnam area for over 20 years, operating elevators in the Gangnam district of Seoul without accidents and striving to prevent safety incidents.

In particular, CEO Yang Gwang-sik of Dongseong Elevator Co., Ltd. is known as a skilled high-speed elevator technician with more than 30 years of experience in the elevator industry. He previously received a commendation from the Minister of the Interior and Safety on the ‘2013 Elevator Safety Day,’ making this his second commendation.

CEO Yang expressed his thoughts, saying, “We will continue to prioritize the safety of users and workers, and through improving the industry's technical capabilities, we will strive to enhance safety management and user convenience.”
