Coupang's travel specialty section, 'Coupang Travel,' announced on the 21st that it will conduct a promotional support program for small business travel product sellers in preparation for the peak summer season. The purpose is to help small business owners secure stable sales channels by providing opportunities to expose their travel products on various channels, including the main banner within the Coupang app.

The benefits that new sellers joining Coupang Travel can receive through this promotional support program are mainly twofold. First, they can increase product sales opportunities by participating in various promotions held about 10 times a year, such as the Wow Member Travel Discount Exhibition, Summer Vacation Exhibition, and Coupang Travel 360 Overseas Travel.

Another advantage is the ability to expose products on Coupang's internal channels, which boast high traffic, as well as various external channels. As of early this year, products can be exposed through the main banner within the Coupang app, which has 19 million active customers, push messages, and key marketing pages on the Coupang Travel homepage, leading to expected increases in sales volume. Sellers can also enjoy promotional effects through high-traffic Coupang Travel YouTube, Instagram, Naver Blog, and Kakao Channel.

If sellers achieve high sales through this, they will also have the opportunity to be featured as success stories on Coupang Newsroom and the Coupang Travel Sellers homepage.

Coupang Travel is recruiting small business sellers to sell travel products in various fields such as accommodation, tickets, flights, and rental cars. Anyone who has a business registration certificate and sells travel products can apply to register as a seller. There are also various cost exemption benefits, including no entry fees, payment fees, or server costs, except for a nominal sales commission.
