The presidential couple boarded Air Force One at Seoul Airport in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, heading to Paris, France.

First Lady Kim Keon-hee, who is visiting France and Vietnam with President Yoon Suk-yeol, is seen departing from Seongnam Seoul Airport on the 19th with a keyring attached to her handbag that reads "BUSAN IS READY."

President Yoon is scheduled to attend the 172nd General Assembly of the International Bureau of Expositions (BIE) held in Paris on the 20th and 21st, where he will deliver an English presentation (PT) to promote Busan's bid for the 2030 Expo. South Korea will present visions such as 'Korea's Vision for Unity with the Global Community' and 'Korea's Vision on Global Challenges' during this presentation.

Following this, he plans to hold a summit meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, combined with a luncheon.

After concluding his visit to France, President Yoon will make a state visit to Vietnam on the 22nd. He will hold a summit with President Vo Van Thuong and have individual meetings with Vietnam's top leadership, including Communist Party Secretary General Nguyen Phu Trong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue.
