President Yoon Suk-yeol has launched a full-scale education reform campaign under the banner of 'breaking the cartel.' Following political and social corruption such as misuse of civic group subsidies, he has warned against the division of interests in the three major reforms and instructed the education authorities to establish measures to reduce private education expenses.
