Aiming to Secure Top Talent and Foster Experts in Virtual Assets
Delio announced on the 13th that it will conduct a recruitment-conversion internship program to secure outstanding talent.
Delio established the internship program to not only secure domestic and international talent but also to directly cultivate experts in virtual assets.
The Delio internship program is operated to allow participants to experience job duties during the summer vacation period. Interns who perform excellently during the period will be given the opportunity to convert to full-time positions.
The recruitment fields cover 14 positions including ▲business planning ▲asset management ▲development ▲QA ▲design ▲marketing ▲customer management (CX), and applicants must be graduates or expected graduates (August 2023) who have an interest in blockchain.
Delio accepts applications from the 15th of this month until the 14th of next month through the Delio recruitment site as well as Saramin and JobKorea. Interns are selected through document screening and interviews. Those who pass the internship program will learn practical work in their assigned departments over three months.
