Promotion of Professional Workforce Training, Investigation and Recovery Exchanges

On the morning of the 9th, the Korea National University of Cultural Heritage and the Overseas Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation will sign a memorandum of understanding at the National Palace Museum to preserve and protect cultural heritage located abroad and to train specialized personnel. The agreement includes ▲ mutual cooperation and support for training specialized personnel ▲ sharing and exchange of research achievements related to preservation and protection ▲ human exchange and cooperation for investigation, repatriation, and local utilization, establishing a diverse foundation. Based on this, joint academic conferences and expert lectures will be held, and participation in various projects will be promoted. The Korea National University of Cultural Heritage is the only special-purpose national university in Korea established to train experts in traditional culture. The Overseas Korean Cultural Heritage Foundation comprehensively carries out projects such as investigation, repatriation, utilization, preservation and restoration support, and private cooperation related to Korean cultural heritage located abroad.
