The cafe franchise 'Coffee Evanhada' announced on the 9th that it will launch four types of single shaved ice desserts targeting 'honbingjok' (people who enjoy desserts alone) for the summer season.
The four single shaved ice desserts are individual-sized products that can be enjoyed alone without burden at a reasonable price.
Using domestically produced red beans and misutgaru (a traditional Korean grain powder), they recreate the original taste. There is the 'Single Milk Patbingsu' topped with rice cakes and ice cream, and the 'Single Apricot Pine Bingsu' topped with nata de coco and pineapple using apricot.
Also included are the 'Single Apple Mango Bingsu,' which features a harmony of apple mango puree, mango, nata de coco, and coconut flakes, and the 'Single Choco Biscuit Bingsu,' characterized by a chocolate base and the fun of choosing various biscuits. In total, there are four types.
The single bingsu menu is available from today at Coffee Evanhada's staffed stores nationwide (excluding some locations).
