KB Kookmin Bank and SH Corporation Establish 'Seoul-style Safe Jeonse Platform' At the business agreement ceremony held on the 7th at the SH Corporation headquarters located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation (right), and Jung Moon-chul, Vice President of KB Kookmin Bank's Personal Customer Group, are taking a commemorative photo.

KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement with Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) to expand public jeonse listings and support financial services.

Through this agreement, KB Kookmin Bank will support the establishment of a Safe Jeonse Bank that allows users to inquire about and utilize SH Corporation's public jeonse (existing housing jeonse lease and deposit-supported long-term secure housing system) information.

The two organizations plan to collaborate in various areas, including ▲supporting the establishment of the Seoul-type Safe Jeonse Bank and a dedicated rental housing platform ▲researching financial models to develop financial products for the Seoul-type Safe Jeonse Bank and secure funding ▲collaborating to stabilize the public and private rental markets.

KB Kookmin Bank plans to provide a service within the KB Real Estate platform that allows tenants to pre-assess any risks in their lease contracts by utilizing KB Real Estate, Kookmin Certificate, electronic documents, and KB Wallet. Additionally, a dedicated section for easily searching public jeonse listings will be newly established on KB Real Estate to offer customized listings that meet specific requirements. Furthermore, the bank will discover housing safety services for vulnerable groups and low-income households, such as linking loans and deposit-related financial services, and jointly promote these initiatives.

In the mid to long term, the bank intends to continuously expand cooperation to secure private funds for the Seoul-type Safe Jeonse Bank through financial linkage and to increase the volume of jeonse supply, ensuring a stable supply of public jeonse. Jung Moon-chul, Vice President of KB Kookmin Bank, stated, "We will continue to collaborate with the public sector to practice win-win finance for low-income households and strive to contribute socially."
