Popular YouTuber 'Draw Andrew' Lecture Invitation... Daegu Happiness Promotion Agency Recruiting 200 Participants

The Daegu Happiness Promotion Social Service Center will hold the second session of the youth education program ‘Tteucheong Yeolgwang (Passionate Lectures Supporting Passionate Youth)’ at 7 p.m. on the 27th in the audiovisual room of Dongsan Hall at Keimyung University Daemyeong Campus.

‘Tteucheong Yeolgwang,’ launched last month on the 25th with a lecture by Professor Bae Jeong-won of Sejong University, was created to support local youth who find it difficult to attend offline lectures by famous speakers by providing highly engaging lectures to help them explore career paths and resolve concerns.

The second session speaker on the 27th, Draw Andrew (33), is a content creator with about 610,000 YouTube subscribers. Under the theme “How to Pull Life’s Levers Until You Find Your Own Path,” he plans to share his knowledge and experience with local youth, encouraging those wandering in front of their dreams to believe in themselves and boldly walk their own path.

Draw Andrew is the author of ‘Lucky Draw’ and is very popular, as evidenced by the fact that 420 people showed up for his lecture at Air Busan last month, despite only 190 seats being available.

Applications for the lecture will be accepted on the 27th via Google Forms and online platforms on a first-come, first-served basis for 200 participants. Any youth in Daegu (including Gunwi County) interested in the lecture can participate free of charge.

Jung Soon-cheon, director of the Happiness Promotion Center, said, “Through the Tteucheong Yeolgwang lectures held until December, we hope Daegu youth will have time for self-development and new motivation to achieve a happy and successful life.”

‘Tteucheong Yeolgwang’ will be held once a month until December, and the third session on July 18 will feature a lecture by Professor Jang Dong-seon of Hanyang University, one of Korea’s top brain science experts, who is active in various broadcasting and lecture activities.
