Coaching Management Institute Hosts Korea's First '1st Strengths Conference', Registration Open

On Tuesday, June 27, Coaching Management Institute will successfully host the "1st Strengths Conference" at Yangjae EL Tower, where participants can experience the global strengths movement.

The Strengths Conference, held for the first time in Korea, aims to review the ongoing global strengths movement, share the latest information, and foster growth and solidarity among domestic strengths experts in a historic event.

The main session will begin with a Welcome Speech by Go Hyun-sook, Chief Coach of Coaching Management Institute, followed by a keynote speech from Professor Kim Joo-hwan, author of the bestsellers Inner Communication and Resilience. Professor Kim, from Yonsei University's Department of Media and Communication, will deliver an in-depth presentation titled "Strengths Training - Inner Communication for Enhancing Mental Strength," explaining that strengths are not "discovered" but "declared," based on scientific knowledge.

The strengths sessions include: ▲ "Potato Farm Business Built on Strengths" by Lee Mi-so, Strengths Coach and CEO of the agricultural corporation Bat, ▲ "Wellbeing at Work" by Han Sang-wook, Partner and Strengths Coach at Coaching Management Institute, ▲ "Case Study of a Foreign Retail Company - Outcomes and Challenges of Introducing Strengths and Engagement in the Organization" by Kang Ji-young, Strengths Coach, and ▲ "E-Land Group Talent Management Case - Strengths-Based One-Team Coaching Where Everyone Enjoys Excellence" by Park Dae-sung, Head of Talent Development at E-Land Group and Strengths Coach. Through these presentations by strengths coaches, various experiences and techniques will be shared, and the social expansion of strengths and engagement will be explored. Following this, a panel talk with strengths coaches will review the strong domestic and international strengths movement, share the latest information, and exchange powerful insights on strengths.

The organizer, Coaching Management Institute, is an official partner of Gallup in the U.S. and the sole organizer of the CliftonStrengths program in Korea. By 2023, it has produced over 600 Gallup-certified strengths coaches and is a leading Korean coaching firm dedicated to understanding and widely promoting the value and potential of strengths in society.

As strengths gain recognition as a new talent development paradigm that enhances engagement and productivity, awareness and acceptance of strengths continue to grow. By 2023, over 30 million people worldwide have completed strengths assessments, and the domestic strengths community is also steadily expanding.

Meanwhile, registration for the 1st Strengths Conference is available on the Coaching Management Institute website.
