Shinsegae Food's premium Western dining brand 'Beccia Enuvo' announced on the 6th the launch of its home meal replacement product, 'Pastry Pie Cup Soup.'

Beccia Enuvo Pastry Pie Cup Soup is designed to enjoy soft mushroom soup with chewy mushroom pieces along with the rich flavor of buttery pastry dough. The soup is heated in a double boiler and poured into a cup, then the thawed pastry dough is placed on top like a lid. It is cooked in an air fryer for about 5 minutes.

Shinsegae Food explained that with the spread of home baking culture, where people make bakery products at home, this product was introduced so that customers can enjoy menus previously only available at restaurants or bakery cafes at home.

The new product is sold at Emart Traders nationwide. There are plans to expand the product lineup and sales channels through various online malls in the future.
