'Cheongnyangni Station Hanyang Susian Graciel,' built by Hanyang in the area of 39-1 Yongdu-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, began move-in on the 3rd.
According to Hanyang on the 5th, the complex was developed with 4 buildings ranging from 8 basement floors to 59 above-ground floors, totaling 1,152 households. It is located in a prime spot forming the skyline in the Cheongnyangni Dapsimni-ro area, where large-scale redevelopment projects are simultaneously underway.
The exterior design features the 'Weaving Pattern,' which received the Seoul City Excellent Design Certification in 2018, harmoniously expressing lines, surfaces, and volumes. Protruding balconies complement the design.
Advanced systems have also been applied. Residents can use the exclusive smart home system app 'Susian Life' to reserve community facilities, call elevators, and register visiting vehicles. Additionally, some lighting and home appliances can be voice-controlled via an artificial intelligence (AI) speaker.
Transportation benefits are also notable. Near the complex, Cheongnyangni Station currently serves six lines: Line 1, Suin-Bundang Line, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Gyeongchun Line, KTX Gangneung Line, and Jungang Line. Furthermore, four new lines are planned: the Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Line B (Songdo?Maseok), Line C (Deokjeong?Suwon), Myeonmok Line (Cheongnyangni?Sinnae-dong), and Gangbuk Transversal Line (Cheongnyangni?Mok-dong). This will transform it into the largest transportation hub in the metropolitan area with a total of 10 lines. Notably, Cheongnyangni Station is one of only three transfer stations in Seoul where two GTX lines pass, along with Samseong Station and Seoul Station.
A Hanyang official stated, "Cheongnyangni Station Hanyang Susian Graciel is a complex that embodies Hanyang's technological expertise accumulated through supplying about 200,000 households nationwide. We have devoted great effort to establishing it as a landmark representing the Gangbuk area beyond Cheongnyangni. We paid attention not only to the grand exterior but also to luxurious details inside, so residents will feel pride and satisfaction."
