Paratech Participates in Korea's Leading Fire and Disaster Prevention Exhibition... "Focusing on Expanding Orders with Advanced Technology"

Firefighting specialist company Paratech announced on the 5th that it will participate in the '2023 Firefighting and Disaster Prevention Technology Industry Exhibition (2023 FIRE TECH KOREA)' held for three days from the 7th to the 9th at the 2nd Exhibition Hall of Yangjae aT Center. Through this exhibition, Paratech plans to introduce products and demonstrate new technologies to create new business opportunities.

Celebrating its 6th year, the 2023 Firefighting and Disaster Prevention Technology Industry Exhibition is a leading domestic firefighting specialized exhibition hosted by the 'Korea Fire Technology Society' and 'MICE Forum.' This year, under the theme of 'Advancement of Advanced Firefighting and Disaster Prevention Technology,' about 60 companies will participate to unveil various new firefighting technologies and products.

At this exhibition, Paratech plans to showcase various sprinkler head products for logistics warehouses, including the 'K115,' which holds both FM certification and domestic type approval, as well as the domestically approved 'K160,' 'K200,' and 'ESFR.' Paratech holds the largest variety of sprinkler product portfolios among domestic firefighting equipment companies.

Additionally, Paratech will also present the 'water spray head' used in road tunnels. This product has undergone vehicle real fire tests and water distribution tests at KCL (Korea Conformity Laboratories), an accredited testing institution. Notably, Paratech will conduct water spray demonstrations at the exhibition as well as product introductions.

The water spray demonstration is designed to allow attendees to directly observe the process where the sprinkler head reacts to heat (fire), causing the heat-sensitive element to break and then spray water. The company explains that this provides a rare opportunity to witness the operation of sprinklers outside of actual fire scenes and to verify the excellence of Paratech’s products.

Furthermore, to commemorate its 50th anniversary, Paratech plans to showcase its firefighting robot. Paratech’s firefighting robot combines artificial intelligence, IoT, and 5G technology with robotics to enable early fire detection and response. The company is currently focusing on advancement through business agreements with institutions such as the Gangnam Fire Station.
