Lotte Biologics announced on the 5th that it will participate in the '2023 BIO International Convention (BIO USA)' held at the Boston Convention Center in the United States from the 5th to the 8th (local time).

BIO USA is the world's largest international event in the bio field held annually by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) in the United States. Numerous global bio companies attend to exhibit new bio technologies and biotechnological products and engage in partnering for technology transfer. This year, under the theme 'Stand Up for Science,' the event will cover not only the introduction of core bio technologies but also the current business status using these technologies, policy outlooks, and various issues including human resources necessary for technology development.

Lotte Biologics will operate a solo booth again this year following last year, promoting its differentiated capabilities such as manufacturing technology at the Syracuse plant, process development services, quality systems, and plans for establishing a domestic mega plant. In particular, the booth will include meeting tables and private meeting rooms to conduct partnering meetings on biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing (CMO) with more than 30 pre-arranged major global pharmaceutical companies, small and medium-sized biotechs, and various institutions from both domestic and international sectors.
