Construction Companies Signal 'Resale Resumption'... 2,191 Units Supplied Nationwide in First Week of June

Next week, more than 2,100 households will be supplied across six locations nationwide. With expectations of a warming housing market due to government deregulation and the base interest rate freeze, construction companies are moving forward with previously postponed sales.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 2,191 households (excluding public rental housing) will accept subscription applications in six locations nationwide during the first week of June. This is more than double the volume compared to the previous week.


In the metropolitan area, on the 7th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Unjeong Xi Signature located in Mokdong-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of 13 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 74 to 134㎡, totaling 988 households.

On the 8th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for DMC Jaeul I-Park, being constructed in Namgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of 3 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 283 households, of which 92 units will be sold to the general public.


In the provinces, three locations including Gwangju Seo-gu Sangmu Central Xi (903 households) and Seogwipo Hyuan 1st Phase in Seogwipo-si, Jeju (78 households) are scheduled to accept subscription applications.


Winner announcements will be made for six locations, and official contracts will proceed at three locations.
