CapsTech announced on the 2nd that it has signed a business agreement for a comprehensive business partnership in the integrated facility management sector with Inovalue, a specialized asset management company.
CapsTech is a subsidiary of 'SK Shieldus,' a life care platform company that launched in 1971 as Korea's first security specialist company.

Inovalue, which signed the business agreement with CapsTech this time, is a company that enhances investment value through mid- to long-term projects such as public proposal projects and high value-added real estate development under the vision of proposing innovative value in real estate development and asset management.
The executives of Inovalue have successfully carried out anchor projects centered on the Incheon Free Economic Zone and Songdo International Business District in the past. They have experience contributing to regional economic revitalization by establishing commercial districts and knowledge industry promotion bases, including 'Songdo D3 Costay,' a corporate residence and shared office offering hotel-grade concierge services, and 'Songdo AT Center,' a joint project with Incheon Technopark.
Both companies plan to strengthen their capabilities in asset building management services at a higher level that can maintain and increase asset value through a business agreement for strategic partnership based on their expertise in their respective business areas.
In particular, CapsTech intends to expand cooperation with Inovalue to provide total solutions including integrated facility management services based on personnel such as facilities, security, and cleaning, as well as cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT)-based building monitoring, cleaning and disinfection robots, landscaping, and building defect inspection and repair.
