Improved Access via QR Code Linked to the District Office Website’s ‘Let’s Compliment’ Bulletin Board for Easy Smartphone Access

Received Compliment Cases Will Be Reflected and Shared When Selecting Quarterly Resident-Recommended Compliment Departments and Employees

Seongdong-gu (District Mayor Jung Won-oh) is enhancing its friendly administration by introducing a QR code linked to the district website’s ‘Let’s Compliment’ bulletin board on the previously handwritten employee compliment cards.

The district increased convenience by installing banners with QR codes alongside the existing ‘Resident Voice Boxes’ located in the district office civil service center and local community centers. By enabling residents to easily write employee compliment cards via smartphones and accepting online submissions simultaneously, the district plans to listen more attentively to residents’ valuable opinions.

The compliment cases received in this way will be reflected in the selection of quarterly resident-recommended compliment departments and employees, and exemplary cases will be shared with all staff to encourage the habitual practice of kindness.

In particular, the MBTI communication training receives high praise among employees.
