Coffee Bean Introduces 'Pet See Back Service'... Refundable Cashback

Coffee Bean Korea announced on the 1st that it has launched the ‘Petsi-back Service’.

The Petsi-back Service is a ‘cashback service given by pets’ that converts each Purple Pet Stamp accumulated from the 1st to the end of each month into 100 KRW in cash. Refunds can be received on the 15th of every month based on the number of stamps accumulated within the Coffee Bean application.

The Petsi-back Service can be subscribed to by clicking the Purple Pet icon within the Coffee Bean app and then managing My Pet. Upon subscription, users can enjoy service benefits for one year from that day until May 31 of the following year.

However, this service is only available after registering as a Purple Pet Member within the app. Purple Pet Members is a pet membership service operated by Coffee Bean, where a unique Petmin number and membership card are issued upon registering the pet’s birthdate, gender, and dog or cat breed. Various benefits are provided, such as issuing a pet birthday coupon when the registered pet’s birthday arrives.

Additionally, Pet Stamps are accumulated when purchasing pet-related products within Coffee Bean, such as Petjua, pet-exclusive snacks, and pet-exclusive MD items. Notably, when ordering Petjua (Americano given by pets), which is the same as a regular Americano sold at Coffee Bean stores, one stamp is accumulated.

Meanwhile, Coffee Bean is currently the only company to offer a refund-type service in the coffee industry, along with Purple Pet Members, the first pet membership service among domestic franchises.
