The court stated, "Considering that A, who has multiple prior convictions of the same kind, even used an account under his younger brother's name after his account on the secondhand trading site was suspended," and "the fact that the restoration of damages for many victims was not properly carried out was also taken into account."

A is accused of deceiving a total of 20 victims from May 12 to 23 last year by selling concert tickets and pocketing 8.46 million won.

A posted a message on an online secondhand trading site saying, "Selling Na Hoon-a concert tickets for 380,000 won," received payments from victims, but did not send the tickets, thereby pocketing the money.
