Geumcheon-gu Holds Early Admission Briefing Session for 2024 College Entrance Exams

‘2024 College Entrance Exam Early Admission Briefing Session’ to be held from 1 PM on June 17 at Geumcheon-gu Office Auditorium and Lifelong Learning Center Classrooms

Customized Early Admission Application Strategy Lectures by Field Experts and Sungkyunkwan University Admission Briefing Session to be Conducted

On July 15, an Early Admission Fair will also be held with 17 major universities from the Seoul metropolitan area invited



Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) will hold the ‘2024 College Entrance Exam Early Admission Briefing Session’ from 1 PM on June 17 at the Geumcheon-gu Office Auditorium and Lifelong Learning Center classrooms.


This admission briefing session is organized to provide application strategies to students and parents preparing for early admission in college entrance exams.


The lectures will be given by teachers belonging to the Career and Academic Support Team of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Research and Information Center. Along with the admission briefing session, an admission briefing for Sungkyunkwan University is also prepared.


At the 12th floor auditorium of Geumcheon-gu Office, from 1 PM to 3 PM, a lecture on early admission application strategies will be held by Park Seong-hyun, a teacher at Mokdong High School, followed by the Sungkyunkwan University admission briefing from 3 PM to 4 PM.


At the Lifelong Learning Center on the basement first floor of Geumcheon-gu Office, from 3 PM to 5 PM, simultaneous sessions will be held in Lecture Rooms 1 to 3: ▲ Medical and Pharmaceutical fields briefing (Jeong Chang-wook, teacher at Sehwa High School, Lecture Room 1) ▲ Physical Education field briefing (Song Kyung-soo, teacher at Jaun High School, Lecture Room 2) ▲ Art field briefing (Go Dong-hyun, teacher at Yeongshin High School, Lecture Room 3).


Students and parents wishing to participate can apply through the Geumcheon Career and Academic Support Center website or by scanning the QR code on the promotional poster.


Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, “We aim to provide accurate information about the rapidly changing college entrance system to offer practical help to students and parents preparing for college entrance exams. On July 15, we will hold an early admission fair to generously support students so they can access the necessary information for exam preparation up close.”
