Lotte Data Communication "Additional Acquisition of 25 Billion KRW Worth of Subsidiary Caliberus Shares"

Lotte Data Communication Company announced on the 31st that it will additionally acquire 68,809 shares of Caliverse, a subsidiary specializing in the construction and service of realistic metaverse, for approximately 25 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, Lotte Data Communication Company's stake in Caliverse will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 1st of next month.

Lotte Data Communication Company stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to secure future growth engines through investments related to the metaverse."
