Chosun University Job Center Puts Full Effort into Supporting Local Youth and Prospective Entrepreneurs

'Excel Certification Course' and 'Copyright Lecture' Successfully Completed

Chosun University University Job Plus Center is focusing on helping local youth and prospective entrepreneurs.


The center recently announced on the 30th that it conducted the ‘Business Excel Certification Course’ for local youth and enrolled students.

The ‘Business Excel Certification Course’ was conducted through a systematic understanding from basic to advanced Excel skills and practical exercises to acquire various Excel utilization techniques.


Out of a total of 31 participants, 29 took the exam and 25 obtained the certification.


The University Job Plus Center conducted a demand survey for certifications and plans to offer courses step-by-step in Business Excel, Big Data Practical Application, AutoCAD, Microsoft Artificial Intelligence, Photoshop, and Marketing Research Analyst based on the results.


Additionally, a lecture covering everything about copyrights necessary for startups was recently completed.


This special lecture on basic copyright knowledge for prospective entrepreneurs was prepared to enable the proper use of copyrighted works.


It was conducted in collaboration with the Gwangju-Jeonnam Copyright Service Center and covered copyright concepts and types, protection methods, registration procedures, and copyright laws necessary for startups.


Lee Gyehaeng, director of the Chosun University University Job Plus Center, said, “We expect to play a significant role in revitalizing youth employment by actively supporting the promotion of career and employment support programs and youth employment policies to local youth and enrolled students.”
