Ryan Black Partners Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hee-beom) announced that it is preparing for the inaugural general meeting to establish an association related to the street housing maintenance project currently underway in Yeongseong-dong, Cheonan.
The street housing maintenance project is being promoted in the Yeongseong-dong area of Cheonan City, and currently, 80% of the consent forms required for establishing the association have been completed. This consent rate was achieved within four months since the collection of consent forms began in January this year for the establishment of the street housing maintenance project association, showing a faster progress rate compared to previous projects, and the process of concretizing the inaugural general meeting is now underway.
According to Ryan Black Partners Co., Ltd., the rapid collection of consent forms and promotion of the inaugural general meeting are considered possible due to the various development opportunities currently present in the Cheonan area. In particular, Cheonan Station, located very close to the project site, is a representative old downtown area of Cheonan where the need for development has been consistently raised, and large-scale urban regeneration New Deal projects and the extension of the metropolitan area express railway (GTX-C) line are planned.
The urban regeneration New Deal project, which has been promoted from 2018 to this year, covers approximately 210,000㎡ around Cheonan Station with a total project cost of 35.8 billion KRW, and is expected to have effects such as youth job creation, realization of residential welfare, and securing urban competitiveness.
Additionally, urban regeneration projects such as the Namsan District New Deal project, Cheonan Station area innovation district, Green Startup Town development project, and Bongmyeong District New Deal project are being promoted together nearby, which is expected to create synergy. Development is also underway in the 354,491㎡ natural green area of Dongnam-gu, Cheonan.
Kim Hee-beom, CEO of Ryan Black Partners Co., Ltd., stated, “Various development opportunities in Cheonan are being promoted according to plan, and accordingly, the street housing maintenance project is progressing faster than expected,” adding, “It is expected to become the highest landmark in the Yeongseong-dong area in the future and significantly contribute to improving the aging residential environment for existing residents.”
