Polaris Office Launches 'Office AI' OBT... "Full-Scale Generative AI Office"

Polaris Office announced that it will conduct an open beta test (OBT) of its AI office, 'Polaris Office AI,' which applies generative AI (artificial intelligence) features, starting from 2 PM on the 30th. Any 'Polaris Office' member can freely use the service.

'Polaris Office AI' provided a closed beta test (CBT) last April for pre-registered applicants. The pre-registration website recorded about one million page views over approximately one month, gaining popularity.

While the closed beta was only available on web and PC environments, this open beta is also accessible on mobile app environments. Users can freely use generative AI features on all devices, including smartphones.

'Polaris Office AI' offers various generative AI models optimized for document creation. Users can conveniently use AI features with just the 'Polaris Office' app without needing to switch between multiple generative AI services.

The writing feature of 'AI Write,' which assists with document creation, is based on OpenAI's 'ChatGPT.' The 'Text to Image' feature, which automatically generates images, is based on Stability's 'Stable Diffusion.' The 'AI Template,' which automatically creates suitable templates when phrases are entered, is based on Naver's 'HyperCLOVA.' Each feature provides AI models optimized for its specific function.

A Polaris Office representative stated, "'Polaris Office AI,' which helps create documents easily and quickly, will bring revolutionary work innovation to document tasks. It is highly competitive in terms of convenience and price accessibility because it allows simultaneous use of generative AI from multiple companies."

To celebrate the launch of the AI service, Polaris Office has prepared various events. Simply joining the official 'Polaris Office' cafe enters members into a draw to receive gifticons. Members who actively participate in the cafe by writing reviews of AI features, posting articles, or commenting will receive generous benefits such as AirPods and iPads. The events will run for about three weeks from the day of the announcement until June 18.

Additionally, in June, a special event will be held in collaboration with the knowledge-sharing blockchain platform 'Polaris Share.' The event adds fun to the benefits through AI office feature experiences and rewards for document sharing.
