The golf membership market maintains a firm upward trend. Despite the sudden early summer weather, inquiries for transactions continue. Golf courses are bustling with visitors. The number of golf courses where booking has become difficult is increasing.
According to Dong-A Membership Trading Center on the 27th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide rose by 0.49% from the previous week to 240.22 million KRW. By price range, the ultra-high price segment increased by 0.70%, the high price segment by 0.47%, and the low price segment by 0.67%. The mid-price segment showed no change. Dong-A Membership Trading Center analyzed, "Although sell inquiries for rising items have slightly increased, the accumulated buy orders have kept the decline minimal," adding, "As the weather gradually gets hotter, whether buyers remain cautious will be a key point in the summer membership market."
The average price in the central region was 271.18 million KRW, showing a 0.55% upward curve compared to last week. Although high-priced listings appeared for 88, the bid-ask spread did not narrow. It rose by 1.09%. Giheung increased by 3.89%, and Namseoul also rose by 1.50%. The ultra-high price segment also experienced a rising market as corporate buy inquiries increased. Namchon jumped 1.56%, Rexfield 1.52%, Hwasan 2.94%, Asiana 2.67%, and Jayudo 1.69%. Team leader Park Cheon-ju predicted, "The central region membership market is generally short of listings," and expected "the firm upward trend to continue."
The average price in the southern region was 160.09 million KRW, up 0.26%. Haeundae saw accumulated buy orders, and transactions were made matching the sell asking prices, rising 3.85%. Changwon increased by 6.67%, Mauna Ocean by 4.35%, Gyeongju Shilla by 1.36%, and Pamihills by 0.51%. On the other hand, Gaya fell 1.11% as buying interest turned cautious and high-priced listings were not resolved. Seonsan also dropped significantly by 2.86%. Team leader Lee Yun-hee forecasted, "The southern region membership market shows differentiated trends by item," and predicted "the firm upward trend will continue."
