Booyoung Group, which won the 'Housing Welfare' category at this year's Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, has been carrying out its business with a sense of mission as a major pillar of private rental housing in Korea and as a 'housing ladder' for ordinary people, despite difficult conditions.
Booyoung Group has focused on developing apartments with sturdy structures and convenient living spaces, supplying approximately 300,000 households nationwide. Among these, about 230,000 are rental apartments. Currently, about 90,000 rental apartments are under management, and as many as 140,000 units have been converted to sale.
The supply of private rental housing is gradually decreasing compared to demand in the market. Rental housing projects require a long-term perspective, and rising prices of raw materials and other inflation factors make even the supply of general housing burdensome. Nevertheless, Booyoung Group continues its rental business.
Currently, Booyoung Group is supplying Parkview Booyoung private rental apartments in blocks A1 and A2 of the Mokseong District in Gwangyang, Jeollanam-do. The total consists of 2 complexes with 1,490 households. The first complex consists of 9 buildings, from basement level 1 to 28 floors above ground, with a total of 724 units of 84㎡ exclusive area. The second complex also has 9 buildings, from basement level 1 to 28 floors above ground, with 766 units of 59㎡ exclusive area. Among these, 1,064 units (570 in the first complex and 494 in the second) are rented in the first phase.
Since these are post-sale apartments, residents can move in as soon as the contract procedures are completed. Residents can live comfortably like their own home without worrying about moving for 8 years. The deposit increase is limited according to the Private Rental Housing Act. Rental deposits are also securely guaranteed through deposit insurance.
Within the complex, there is the Booyoung Sarangro Daycare Center. Booyoung Group supports daycare centers as a childcare business to solve social issues such as work-family balance in the era of low birth rates and aging population. The group has a childcare support team that selects directors based on the same standards as public daycare centers.
Within walking distance of the complex are Gwangyangbuk Elementary School, Gwangyang Middle School, and Gwangyang High-Tech High School, as well as Gwangyang Girls' Middle and High Schools, Gwangyang High School, Gwangyang Health University, and Soonchunhyang University nearby. Large shopping malls such as LF Square Gwangyang, NC Department Store, Gwangyang Nonghyup Local Food Direct Market, and Gwangyang 5-Day Market are also easily accessible. The nearby Namhae Expressway Gwangyang IC allows for quick travel to various regions nationwide.
