Polaris Office Selected as a 'Non-Face-to-Face Voucher' Supplier for 3 Consecutive Years

Polaris Office announced on the 25th that it has been selected as a supplier for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'Non-face-to-face Service Voucher Project' for three consecutive years. Additionally, this year, it was also selected as a supplier for the 'Cloud Voucher' project led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, contributing to stable performance.

Through the Non-face-to-face Service Voucher, demand companies can adopt 'Polaris Office Business' at an affordable price.

The Non-face-to-face Service Voucher project is conducted to establish a non-face-to-face work environment and promote digitalization for small and venture businesses. When selected as a demand company, up to 4 million KRW and 70% of the service usage fee can be supported.

Polaris Office was selected as a supplier in the telecommuting (collaboration tool) sector, supporting the B2B SaaS (Business-to-Business Software as a Service) Polaris Office Business.

Polaris Office Business supports various document formats such as MS Office, Hangeul (HWP), and PDF. It supports various devices including desktops, tablets, and smartphones, enabling continuous document work anytime and anywhere through cloud-based operations. It is a collaboration solution that enhances work efficiency by allowing important document permission management and security, document sharing for collaboration, and real-time co-editing.

Up to 25 users can use one product without purchasing individual office software, making it cost-effective. When adopting the service through the 'Non-face-to-face Service Voucher Project,' the service can be used at a 70% discounted price.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to announce the recruitment of demand companies in three rounds starting from the 24th through the Non-face-to-face Service Voucher Platform, and detailed information can be found on the website.

A Polaris Office representative stated, "Through the Non-face-to-face Voucher Project, we have provided services to over 700 companies in the past two years," adding, "As a corporate SaaS product highly useful in non-face-to-face work environments, we will expand our services in the B2B market through various government support projects."

Meanwhile, Polaris Office was also selected as a supplier for the 'Cloud Voucher' project led by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency in 2023, with the announcement of demand companies scheduled for the 25th.
