Montenegro High Court Cancels Bail of Terra's Kwon Do-hyung

Kwon Do-hyung (32), CEO of Terraform Labs and a key figure in the cryptocurrency 'Terra·Luna' crash incident, who was arrested and charged in Montenegro for using a forged passport, will face trial while in detention.

The Montenegrin daily 'Pobjeda' reported on the 24th (local time), citing a court official, that the Podgorica High Court accepted the prosecution's appeal and overturned the lower court's decision to grant bail.
