[News Terms] 'Project Blueprint' for Rejuvenation by US Billionaire

'Project Blueprint' is a so-called 'rejuvenation project' led by Brian Johnson (45), an American software developer and billionaire, with the goal of reversing his biological age to 18 years old.

Brian invests $2 million (approximately 2.6 billion KRW) annually, working with doctors to follow a strict diet, maintain consistent exercise, take various health supplements, and undergo periodic skin regeneration treatments.

He measures his weight, body mass, body fat, blood sugar, and heart rate daily, undergoes ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), colonoscopy, and blood tests monthly, and regularly checks vital signs, storing and utilizing all processes and data.

Every morning at 5 a.m., he brushes his teeth and uses dental floss, then rinses his mouth with tea tree oil and antioxidant gel. Before sleeping, he rests for two hours wearing blue light-blocking goggles and uses a device to measure the number of erections during sleep.

He consumes a mostly vegetarian diet of 1,977 kcal daily to maintain body fat levels around 5-6%, exercises for one hour daily with a program consisting of 25 routines, and performs high-intensity workouts three times a week. In addition to meals, he takes more than 24 health supplements, including creatine, turmeric, and zinc. To prevent aging, he avoids sunlight as much as possible, applies seven different creams daily, and receives weekly peeling and laser skin treatments.

Brian and his medical team claim that through these efforts, Brian's biological age has rejuvenated to 37 years, his skin age to 28 years, oral health to the level of a 17-year-old, and lung capacity to that of an 18-year-old.

On the 22nd (local time), Bloomberg reported that Brian received a blood transfusion from his biological son Telmaze, who is 17 years old, last month. Brian is also known to have received plasma transfusions from young donors multiple times before.
