Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting space creators.

GH announced on the 24th that it will hold a public contest for space creators targeting outstanding domestic architects from the 30th of this month to the 16th of next month.

Eligibility requirements include holding an architect license, operating a registered architectural office, and having award achievements in domestic or international architectural design competitions.

GH will evaluate architects' award records and design portfolios to select about 10 architects as 'GH Space Creators.'

The selected architects will participate in the design of contract-type purchase rental housing. They will also be responsible for design and architectural consulting and review for public building construction projects implemented by GH.

Kim Se-yong, CEO of GH, emphasized, "Through collaboration with outstanding architects, we plan to supply signature public housing that is not only convenient for residents but also attractive in design," adding, "We will also plan community facilities for residents to provide regionally customized housing and realize spatial welfare."
