Dongseo University Hosts ICC Sharing and Collaboration Workshop in AI and Smart Tourism Fields

The LINC 3.0 Project Group at Dongseo University held the 3rd AI·Smart Tourism ICC (Industry Collaboration Center) Sharing and Collaboration Workshop over two days starting from the 19th in the conference room on the 8th floor of the New Millennium Building at Dongseo University.

The AI·Smart Tourism ICC Council is a group of five regional representative industry collaboration centers carrying out the LINC 3.0 project, gathered with the purpose of developing the local tourism industry and fostering talent. Since August last year, they have been planning and operating joint programs to produce shared and collaborative outcomes in the tourism ICC sector.

At this workshop, reflecting the demands of the Gijang-gun Tourism Promotion Division, discussions were held on hosting an ideathon to revitalize local tourism resources and a presentation event for idea and prototype works aimed at tourism activation at the Jukseong Dream Set in Gijang-gun, Busan.

Additionally, efforts were made to recruit new member universities, plan global shared collaboration programs in the tourism sector, and explore ways to jointly utilize tourism-related shared facilities and infrastructure owned by each university.
