'Ayajin La Mer Desiang,' currently being supplied in the Ayajin-ri area of Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, is attracting increasing attention day by day, fueled by consecutive transportation developments. Additionally, the Donghae Northern Line is also being promoted with a target opening in 2027. This railway line, connecting Gangneung in Gangwon-do to Jejin, will cover a 112 km section where Gojin Gangneung Station, Jejin Station, and Sokcho Station will be upgraded and expanded, and new stations such as Jumunjin, Yangyang, and Ganseong will be established, totaling six stations. It is a line connecting the entire Gangwon-do region, expected to attract diverse demand and generate large-scale economic effects, according to industry evaluations.
An industry official stated, "Such large-scale transportation developments are considered the biggest boon to the real estate market, as they improve transportation convenience and lead to increased demand inflow and regional value appreciation." He added, "As expectations rise, Ayajin La Mer Desiang is continuously attracting interest from buyers."
The real estate value appreciation effect due to transportation developments has been observed in several areas. Recently, areas like Paju Unjeong and Dongtan 2 New Town, where the GTX-A line opening is becoming visible next year, have seen housing prices bottom out and transactions with price increases of several tens of millions of KRW.
For example, the 'Dongtan Station Simbeom Unam Firstville' near Dongtan Station, with an exclusive area of 84㎡, was traded at 968 million KRW in April, showing an increase of over 70 million KRW compared to the early-year transaction (890 million KRW in January).
