Whistler Korea Presents May Special Menu with Michelin Restaurants 'Kwon Sook Soo' and 'Solaim S' Products [Special Menu "White Asparagus" Collaborated by Whistler Korea and Michelin Restaurant Gwonsuksoo]

German premium cookware brand Fissler Korea is collaborating with Korean fine dining restaurant ‘Kwon Sook Soo,’ which has been awarded two Michelin stars for three consecutive years, to present a special menu cooked using Fissler’s top-tier premium product, the ‘Solaime S.’


The special menu featuring the Solaime S, called ‘White Asparagus,’ maintains the optimal internal pressure using the unique technology of the Solaime S, minimizing nutrient loss in the ingredients while preserving their full flavor. This menu offers both health benefits and gourmet enjoyment. Cooked with samgye broth, it helps boost energy ahead of summer and will be available throughout May.

The ‘Solaime S’ used in this special menu is characterized by a sola pattern design inspired by the German traffic light, and has long been loved as a symbol of Fissler. Its harmonious sealing structure between the body and lid allows for quick cooking, minimizing nutrient destruction and preserving the original taste and nutrition of the ingredients to create low-moisture healthy dishes. Additionally, when the food inside boils, a special harmonica sound is produced from the steam hole on the lid, enabling easy monitoring of the cooking progress without frequently opening the lid.


A marketing representative from Fissler Korea stated, “The Solaime S is Fissler’s top-tier premium product symbolizing tradition, trust, and continuous development since Fissler’s founding in 1845. We hope you enjoy a healthy kitchen life with cooking that maximally preserves the nutrients of ingredients.”


To celebrate this special collaboration with the Michelin-starred restaurant, an event will be held at Kwon Sook Soo restaurant where customers can participate by sharing certification shots of the Solaime S special menu. Additionally, the ‘My Own Solaime Story’ event will introduce precious stories from those who have loved Solaime products. Generous prizes, including Solaime S products and dining vouchers for Kwon Sook Soo restaurant, will be awarded through a raffle.
