The youngest daughter, Choi Min-jung (32), had submitted a petition the day before. The contents of the petitions have not been disclosed.
Chairman Choi and Director Noh married in 1988 and have three children. In 2015, Chairman Choi acknowledged having a child out of wedlock. In the first trial last December, the court ruled that SK Inc.'s shares were not subject to division and recognized only 100 million won in consolation money and 66.5 billion won in cash. Separately from the divorce lawsuit, Director Noh filed a claim for damages exceeding 3 billion won in March against Kim Hee-young, chairman of the T&C Foundation and Chairman Choi's cohabitant.
