According to event officials, “The pre-move-in inspection period transformed into a festival-like atmosphere, with existing visitors returning and prospective residents enjoying all the facilities as if they were at a resort, spending long hours there.” They added, “Especially through word of mouth, many prospective residents even brought packed lunches and came with their children to enjoy various community facilities and landscaping within the complex, such as Adventure World and Safari World playgrounds, Dome Pagoda for picnics, and a glamping site, which together form a mini Everland.”
‘Geomam Station Royal Park City Prugio,’ which was sold in June 2020 in Seo-gu, Incheon, was developed by the major developer DK Asia Co., Ltd. It caused a major stir in the real estate market by attracting 87,586 applicants, the highest number in Incheon, with Korea’s first resort city concept. The complex was created as Korea’s first 5th generation high-end apartment, harmoniously blending apartments and surrounding urban infrastructure. The move-in period is scheduled from the end of June to September.
Meanwhile, DK Asia will launch sales in October for Wanggil Station Royal Park City, the first pilot complex of Resort City Season 2, which will consist of a total of 21,000 households developed under Korea’s resort special city concept.
