Yeongdeungpo-gu (District Mayor Choi Ho-kwon) announced that it will hold the ‘2023 Hope Employment Fair’ on May 24 at the 2nd floor exhibition hall and outdoor plaza of Yeongdeungpo Art Hall.
This employment fair is jointly hosted by four organizations: Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul Southern Employment Welfare Plus Center, and Yeongdeungpo Women’s Human Resources Development Center. To revitalize the local labor market, resolve recruitment difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide quality jobs, a broader meeting place for job seekers and employers will be prepared.
The employment fair consists of ▲Company Recruitment Hall ▲Employment Support Hall ▲Side Event Hall ▲Outdoor Promotion Hall. The operating hours are from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and anyone wishing to find employment, including youth, middle-aged, disabled, and seniors, can participate on-site on the day of the event.
At the Company Recruitment Hall, 1:1 on-site interviews between recruiting companies and job seekers will be conducted. A total of 26 recruiting companies will participate, including ▲SJW International (Siwon School) ▲Hyundai Green Food ▲Coffee Bean Korea ▲E-Land Park Kensington Hotel Yeouido ▲Hyosung ITX.
Jobs totaling around 360 positions will be offered across various fields such as office work, sales, and social welfare. Detailed information on participating companies and working conditions can be found on the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office website’s Our District News bulletin board.
Additionally, to strengthen job seekers’ employment competencies, the event will operate ▲‘Employment Support Hall’ offering job counseling and employment support program guidance ▲‘Side Event Hall’ with AI interview experience booths ▲‘Outdoor Promotion Hall’ providing employment and start-up support by related organizations for youth, seniors, multicultural families, and others.
Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo-gu, stated, “I hope this employment fair will help resolve companies’ recruitment difficulties and expand employment opportunities for job seekers. We will continue to make every effort to discover quality jobs so that excellent local talents can demonstrate their capabilities in various fields.”
