Triple users can use the BaenangTalk feature to share information in real-time with others traveling in the same area. For example, they can share cool places, restaurants, discounts, traffic conditions discovered during their trip, or meet travelers to join local group tours together. The service name is derived from a backpack, from which you can easily take out necessary items anytime during travel.

Unlike typical open chat rooms that can be used from entry until exit, BaenangTalk uses geofencing technology called a 'virtual fence,' allowing access only when users are within a designated area without a separate entry or exit process. BaenangTalk is provided only to users who consent to the use of location information. Currently, BaenangTalk is available in Osaka, Japan; Bangkok, Thailand; and Taipei, Taiwan, with plans to expand worldwide.

Kim Yeon-jeong, Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Interpark, said, "BaenangTalk is a feature that allows travelers to share and help each other with variables, questions, and emotions that occur during travel with local travelers." She added, "We will continue to introduce travel tech services essential for travel moments and lead the technology trends in the travel and leisure industry."
