From June to December this year, GS25 will offer a 600 KRW discount on Cafe25 Americano to foreign tourists who use personal tumblers at approximately 440 stores. When using the VAT immediate refund service or currency exchange service, eco-friendly shopping bags will be provided free of charge. The Korea Tourism Organization will mark these GS25 stores on its official foreign language map website and actively promote convenience store culture, including popular products.
A GS25 representative said, “Through this business agreement, a foundation has been established to contribute to the spread of eco-friendly travel through ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) campaigns as well as to revitalize domestic consumption. We will continue various marketing activities so that GS25 can be recognized as the representative K-convenience store among foreign tourists.”
