Emart is offering 11 types of special livestock cuts at discounted prices.

Emart announced that from the 11th to the 17th, for one week, 11 special livestock cut products will be available at a 20% discount when Shinsegae Points are accumulated. The pork cuts include Hangjeongsal, Galmaegisal, Deotsal (Gabeurisal), Donmahawk; the beef cuts include U.S. and Australian Anchangsal, U.S. and Australian Tosisal, U.S. and Australian Chimasal, marinated Tosisal and Anchangsal; and the chicken cuts include neck meat for grilling and stir-fried whole garlic gizzard, focusing on special cuts that are not commonly seen. Emart stated that due to the recent expansion of gourmet tastes and the increasing demand for diverse meat flavors, they decided to hold this special livestock cuts event.

In a survey conducted this year with 1,500 customers, many respondents selected the sale of special livestock cuts as a new service they wanted at Emart. Reflecting customer feedback, Emart installed a 'Special Livestock Cuts Zone' at the Yeonsu branch, which was renewed and reopened in March. From March 30 to May 9, over 41 days, sales of Galmaegisal increased by 64.6%, and Hangjeongsal sales rose by 72.3%. This month, both Galmaegisal and Hangjeongsal have achieved more than double the sales compared to the same period last year.

Emart plans to continue operating the Special Cuts Zone after this event. Starting in June, special Korean beef cuts such as Jebichuri and Samgaksal will also be included.

Meanwhile, Emart will also sell domestic live abalones at special prices to celebrate the spring peak season. From the 11th to the 17th, abalones will be sold at a 40% discount per piece when Shinsegae Points are accumulated. Emart has prepared approximately 25 tons of abalones for this event.
