The Korea Expressway Corporation's Gyeonggi Gwangju Branch of the Seoul Metropolitan Headquarters, Icheon (Nami) Rest Area, held a "Children's Day (Nostalgic Lottery, Art Balloon Giveaway)" event on May 5th (Friday) in celebration of Family Month, and is currently conducting a "Parents' Day (Carnation Brooch)" service on May 8th (Monday).
Icheon (Nami) Rest Area has been making efforts in quarantine management to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and ensure safety. Although the indoor mask mandate was lifted on March 20th, the events for children and the elderly were conducted with extra caution.
During the holiday period, popular gifts among child customers were given through a "Nostalgic Lottery," and an engaging "Art Balloon" giveaway event was also held.
On May 8th (Monday), a "Carnation Brooch" event is being held for mothers and fathers visiting the food court.
Kim Jin-seong, Deputy Director of Icheon (Nami) Rest Area, stated, "This event was prepared not only to provide enjoyment during the Family Month holiday period but also to express gratitude to our visiting customers."
