Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is offering four parcels of office facility land in the Jigeum district of Dasan New Town.
The land being offered this time consists of leftover parcels from supplies in May and September of last year, totaling 13,850㎡. The expected supply price ranges from 12.3 million to 13.57 million KRW per 3.3㎡.
The parcels allow for a building coverage ratio of 60%, a floor area ratio of 300%, and buildings up to five stories high.
The successful bidder may construct buildings within the permitted uses under the district unit plan, such as office facilities (excluding residential officetels) and medical facilities (excluding psychiatric hospitals, nursing hospitals, and isolation hospitals).
The location is excellent, situated near an administrative town including the courthouse and prosecutor's office, Namyangju City Hall Second Office, Namyangju Southern Police Station, and Guri-Namyangju Office of Education, along with large-scale apartment complexes.
Bidding applications can only be submitted online through the GH Land Sales System by the 15th of this month. The successful bidder will be announced on the same day.
