Hyundai AutoEver, Recruiting Partner Companies for Employment Support Solution Business

Hyundai AutoEver and Korea Social Investment announced on the 8th that they are recruiting companies to participate in the 'Dream Forever' project, a lifelong employment competency enhancement solution support program.

The 'Dream Forever' project is a program that supports the growth of social enterprises or social ventures with job competency enhancement solutions targeting youth, women with career interruptions, and people with disabilities. Selected companies will operate job competency enhancement training during the project period, and Hyundai AutoEver and Korea Social Investment will support employment connections between companies and trainees.

Hyundai AutoEver and Korea Social Investment will provide 20 million KRW to the final selected companies for customized accelerating to scale up the company and to operate corporate training programs. Additionally, they plan to invest 45 million KRW in outstanding companies to advance the project.

The recruitment scale is two startups established within the last seven years. The recruitment fields include social enterprises and social ventures that possess solutions to improve the job competencies of employment hopefuls such as youth, women with career interruptions, and people with disabilities. The application period is from today until the 5th of next month.

A Hyundai AutoEver official said, "We are launching a startup accelerating project for the first time to fulfill our social responsibility," adding, "We hope that everyone who has had difficulties finding employment will succeed in getting a job."

Lee Sun-yeol, CEO of Korea Social Investment, said, "Through this project, Korea Social Investment will nurture excellent startups in the employment linkage field, and Hyundai AutoEver will be able to realize ESG strategic tasks in the employment sector."
