Korea Consumer Forum and BrandKey Jointly Host Awards Ceremony
Ranked No.1 in All 5 Categories in Survey of Over 210,000 Participants

Healthcare company Cosijama announced on the 3rd that it was selected as the No. 1 brand in the massage chair category at the ‘2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.’ The ceremony is jointly hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum and Brand Keys, a top 10 research and consulting firm in the United States. Cosijama has received the grand prize for six consecutive years.

Cosijama achieved higher scores than other companies in all five categories: brand trust, brand attachment, repurchase intention, intention to recommend to others, and switching intention. It was selected as No. 1 with a total score of 25.63 points (out of 35). The survey was conducted from March 13 to 26, targeting over 210,000 consumers. In particular, there was an overwhelming score gap in the brand trust and repurchase intention categories.
