Sacheon City Participates in Korea's Representative Specialty Products Direct Trade Expo

Sacheon City in Gyeongnam will participate in the '9th Korea Representative Specialty Products Direct Trade Expo' held at EXCO in Daegu from the 4th to the 7th, promoting the excellence of Sacheon's agricultural and specialty products to consumers in large cities.

This expo features approximately 400 booths from various regions nationwide to develop sales channels and promote consumption of local agricultural and specialty products. It is hosted by the Korea Representative Specialty Products Direct Trade Expo Organizing Committee and organized by the Korea Exhibition Industry Agency.

The city is represented by two companies, Wonjeong Food Agricultural Corporation Co., Ltd. and Sacheon City Informatization Farmers' Association, showcasing Sacheon's representative agricultural, marine, and specialty products such as fish soy sauce, anchovy broth packs, dried anchovies, tomatoes, traditional sauces, and green rice.

In particular, banners reading "Sacheon, the Aerospace Industry City Lighting the Future" and "Sacheon, the Center of the Aerospace Industry" were displayed, expressing hopes for the early establishment of a Korean NASA and the Aerospace Administration.

A city official stated, "During the expo, we can promote the excellence of Sacheon's agricultural and specialty products, and provide companies with opportunities to develop sales channels. We will continue to participate steadily in expos to activate direct trade."
