MD Campus, a medical building development specialist led by CEO Kim Sung-jin, announced that it has signed an investment agreement with Orion Songjeong Station Youth Housing Specialized Investment Private Real Estate Investment Limited Company (hereinafter Orion LLC) to expand its medical building development business area.
Both companies stated that through MD Campus's expertise in providing customized opening services utilizing optimized medical MD composition and shared medical service construction, along with business cooperation with partners within Orion LLC, they have laid the foundation for comprehensive medical building development services.
MD Campus is an Inno-Biz certified and venture-verified company with over 100 doctors as shareholders. It has official MOUs with various hospital associations and pharmaceutical companies and is specialized as the developer of Bu-eong-i ERP, an automated accounting program for hospitals and clinics. In particular, based on a clear understanding of various management challenges faced by hospitals and clinics and over 20 years of accumulated know-how, it also provides integrated customized consulting for successful openings.
Reflecting the operational needs of more than 30,000 hospitals and clinics, MD Campus has conducted integrated financial accounting education and, through M-Bang, offers nationwide services including various hospital and clinic valuation, transfer and acquisition, medical building sales and listings, as well as opening consulting.
Orion Songjeong Station Youth Housing Specialized Investment Private Real Estate Investment Limited Company is a real estate fund established by Orion Asset Management Co., Ltd. for the development of transit-oriented youth rental housing in the Gonghang-dong area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Contributors include Space Creation, Kolon House Vision, Kiwoom Securities, and GS Retail.
