Mr. A is suspected of possessing and using drugs in January.

Earlier, on the 2nd of the same month, the police received a lost bag reported at the Yeongjong Substation in Jung-gu, Incheon, which Mr. A had lost. Upon inspection, they found five cigarette-shaped suspected drug items wrapped in paper inside the bag.

Subsequently, when Mr. A came to retrieve the bag, the police voluntarily accompanied him to the station and conducted a urine test, confirming that Mr. A had smoked marijuana.

Mr. A also tested positive in the drug use test conducted by the National Forensic Service.

At the police station, Mr. A stated, "I received marijuana from a friend and kept it at home, and I carried it in the bag intending to smoke it."

A police official said, "Mr. A even bought a fatigue-relief supplement and visited the substation to find the lost bag," adding, "By chance, a detective from the violent crimes unit at the substation suspected drug use and questioned Mr. A, leading to his arrest."
