Hyundai Motor Company has unveiled the main specifications and prices of the Sonata facelift model and will begin pre-orders from the 20th.
The Sonata The Edge comes standard with over-the-air (OTA) wireless software updates across all trims and features a wide range of advanced convenience and safety features depending on the trim level.
The trims are divided into Premium, Exclusive, and Inspiration. The Premium trim comes standard with seamless horizon lamps, fender LED turn signals, safety power windows, and a power driver's seat.
Optional features include a panoramic curved display, 12.3-inch navigation, dynamic welcome lights, sequential turn signals, Built-in Cam 2, Digital Key 2, and 18-inch alloy wheels with Pirelli tires.
The Exclusive trim includes standard features such as the panoramic curved display, 12.3-inch navigation, power trunk, forward collision-avoidance assist, highway driving assist, navigation-based smart cruise control, blind-spot collision warning, blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, safe exit assist, smartphone wireless charging, and a power passenger seat.
The Inspiration trim comes standard with dynamic welcome lights, sequential turn signals, an in-cabin fingerprint authentication system (for ignition/payment), remote smart parking assist, surround view monitor, head-up display, manual second-row door curtains, and power rear window curtains.
The powertrain options include a 2.0 gasoline, 1.6 gasoline turbo, 2.0 LPG, 2.0 hybrid, and N Line. The 2.0 gasoline is priced at 27.87 million KRW for Premium, 31.68 million KRW for Exclusive, and 35.30 million KRW for Inspiration. The 1.6 gasoline turbo starts at 28.54 million KRW (Premium). The 2.0 hybrid starts at 33.05 million KRW. The 2.0 LPG starts at 28.75 million KRW. The N Line 2.0 gasoline is priced at 36.23 million KRW.
